Depending on the requirements of individual SMSFs, Multiport offers a choice of daily or annual administration.

What is daily administration?

Daily administration means keeping SMSF and IMA records up to date daily which ensures accurate data is available on Multiport’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Multiport acts as the mailing address for all documentation relating to the SMSF or IMA and receives electronic cash account data daily. This means all transactional data is matched on a daily basis. Potential breaches of compliance can be monitored daily and reported as part of the matching process.

What is annual administration?

Multiport collects all data and documentation relating to the SMSF annually; after year end. All transactional and member data is then compiled, checked and supplied to the fund accountant to prepare compliance documentation, financial accounts, ax returns, and arrange an independent audit.
