Company Secretarial
Multiport offers a Company Secretarial service that takes care of all your routine corporate compliance work.
With this service we host all the companies in your practice and provide full updates, annual review statements, processing of changes in shareholders, officers and similar activities for a low monthly fee. We cover all software, labour and associated costs, and provide all documents (consents to act, ASIC form 484, etc) as PDF files to your firm for you to send to your client.
You maintain your client relationship and we just work in the background, liberating your staff for other activities.
When you are ready to use our service please complete the new practice company secretarial application form – click here.
You can access your client’s company secretarial data securely online. Click here for a demonstration (username: DEMO, password: DEMO both in Uppercase).
