Where a SMSF has a corporate trustee structure, there is routine compliance work that needs to be undertaken on behalf of the company that acts as the trustee for the fund.
Multiport provides a Corporate Trustee service that allows you to appoint us as the ASIC registered agent and/or registered place of business. The service includes annual review statements, processing of changes in shareholders, officers and similar activities for an annual set fee.
