How it works
Our Company Secretarial service covers all minutes, forms, consents and other documents that need to be executed when making changes that have an ASIC requirement – such as changing an address, appointing or resigning an officer, and transferring shares.Whenever a change occurs, you simply notify Multiport and we’ll prepare all the appropriate forms for you. Then once you have them signed by the client, we lodge the forms electronically with ASIC.

- Maintenance of registers of shareholders and officeholders in a computerised form
- Changes of address of shareholders
- Changes of address of office holders
- Changes of address of registered office
- Changes of address of principal place of business
- Changes to ultimate holding company

- Changes to the member register Deregistration of a company
- Change of company name

We accept the business risk that some companies may be more active than others – and every company will have at least an annual statement that must be processed each year.
